IDEAL SOUR CREAM USAGE: Upon opening, stir the Sour Cream to fully mix in any naturally-occurring water which may have separated into a thin liquid layer at the top of the container. Do not pour out this liquid. When using, keep the lid off the Sour Cream for as short a time as possible to minimize its exposure to the air.
